Hi, I’m Katrina.
Mother, wife, intuitive healer, and forever a student of the human experience.
My heart lies in the relationship between the masculine and feminine, the wisdom of the body, and the unseen layers of who we are.
I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before the world taught you to disconnect.
My work is intuitive, deeply personal, and guided by the belief that the body holds a wisdom all its own.
My Story
I have seven tattoos. One of them is a bee.
In 2019, after two years of unexplained symptoms, I was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease. I moved through countless appointments, treatments, and unanswered questions, searching for something that would help me feel like myself again.
Eventually, I found Bee Venom Therapy.
I researched everything I could, purchased my first 30 bees, and spent a year administering the therapy to myself.
The bees were a catalyst.
They woke me up.
What began as a search for physical healing turned into a much deeper discovery. I began to understand the relationship between my emotional, physical, and spiritual worlds, and how much wisdom exists within the body when we get curious and quiet enough to listen.
That experience changed the way I understood healing, how I interacted with the natural world, and ultimately, how I wanted to help others find freedom on their own path.
But in many ways, this wasn't the beginning of my story.
At nine years old, I experienced what I knew then as being touched by the Holy Spirit and receiving the gift of tongues. Raised within a Christian community, this was the language I had for something I couldn't yet understand.
I was a quiet sensitive child, and the experience frightened me. Without the understanding or guidance to nurture it, that part of me grew quiet. Looking back, I believe there was wisdom in the waiting.
It wasn't until my late twenties and early thirties, through the very practices I now share with others, that I began to reconnect with those gifts. As I came back into my body, I began to remember a part of myself I had known as a little girl.
What I once understood as speaking in tongues, I now experience as light language, alongside intuitive channeling, healing touch, and guidance from the divine, God.
These gifts have become an intimate part of my work, just as they have become a part of me.
What began as a search for healing ultimately became a journey of remembrance.
Our souls know the way. We just have to get quiet enough to listen.
